Supplier checks and verification

Atelix may review business registration, identity, contact information, location, certifications, product information, production capabilities, and other evidence. The scope varies by supplier and market. A verification status can be limited, expire, or be removed if information changes or concerns arise.

Verification is not an endorsement, warranty, audit opinion, guarantee of performance, or substitute for buyer due diligence. Ask for current original documents, confirm the issuing body and scope, approve samples, and use independent inspection or testing where the order risk warrants it.

Accurate marketplace information

Suppliers must keep identity, contact, product, origin, composition, certification, price, MOQ, availability, lead-time, and capacity claims accurate and current. Sponsored placement, where offered, must be clearly identified and does not affect verification standards. Buyers must provide accurate briefs, specifications, delivery information, and authority to transact.

Reviews, ratings, endorsements, and sustainability claims must reflect genuine experience and verifiable facts. Undisclosed incentives, fabricated engagement, keyword manipulation, greenwashing, and misleading omissions are prohibited.

Prohibited products and activity

Do not use Atelix to offer, request, finance, or facilitate:

• counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unsafe, illegally sourced, or unlawfully labeled goods;
• goods or materials prohibited in the origin, transit, or destination country;
• forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, unlawful discrimination, or abusive working conditions;
• sanctions evasion, money laundering, bribery, fraud, customs misdeclaration, or tax evasion;
• infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, design, trade secret, publicity, or privacy rights;
• malware, credential theft, scraping, spam, harassment, threats, or attempts to bypass platform security; or
• false certificates, manipulated test reports, concealed product origin, or substitution without written approval.

Product safety and cross-border compliance

The supplier and buyer must identify the laws and standards that apply to the product and destination, including composition and care labeling, chemical restrictions, flammability, children’s-product rules, packaging, extended producer responsibility, import documentation, product registration, and recall duties. Requirements vary by market and product.

Suppliers must disclose known hazards, restrictions, non-conformities, and recalls. Buyers should define testing and inspection requirements in the contract. If a product may be unsafe or illegal, stop distribution and notify the relevant counterparties and authorities as required.

Safe communication and payment

• Keep an auditable record of quotes, specifications, approvals, and changes.
• Verify new or changed bank details using a known contact through a separate channel.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents in messages.
• Treat urgent secrecy, unexpected payment redirection, and refusal to provide documents as warning signs.
• Use written change control for material, color, quantity, timing, subcontracting, or delivery changes.

Reporting a concern

Email info@arcanawangsa.com with the relevant listing or profile URL, order reference, a clear description, dates, and supporting records. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an approved channel.

For immediate danger, suspected criminal activity, product-safety emergencies, or sanctions concerns, contact the appropriate local authority in addition to notifying Atelix. If a report concerns intellectual property, identify the right, territory, owner, and your authority to act.

Review and enforcement

We may preserve relevant records, request information, limit listing visibility, pause transactions, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke verification, or refer matters to service providers or authorities. We consider severity, evidence, recurrence, legal duties, and risk to users. We may act urgently where delay could cause harm.

Where applicable law requires notice, reasons, or an appeal route, we will provide it unless doing so would compromise safety, security, an investigation, or a legal restriction. To request review, reply to the enforcement notice or contact the reporting address with new relevant information.

Shared responsibility

Atelix maintains marketplace controls, but buyers and suppliers remain responsible for professional diligence and contractual protections proportionate to the transaction. For higher-risk orders, consider legal, customs, tax, laboratory, inspection, insurance, and logistics advice in the relevant countries.
